For a week in July, NFL players come together in Colorado Springs to coach a youth football camp, benefiting more than 300 kids ages 7-14 each year. The Pro Football Camp, founded by Craig and Teddi Domann, Darlene Warmouth and Rich Griffith, has been a yearly event since 2006.
In 2011, the NFL athletes attending camp included Chris Kuper, OG, Denver Broncos; Chris Chester, OL, Washington Redskins; Jared Cook, TE, Tennessee Titans; Samson Satele, C, Oakland Raiders; Bill Nagy, OL, Dallas Cowboys; Julian Vandervelde, OL, Philadelphia Eagles; Jeff Tarpinian, LB, New England Patriots; and DeJon Gomes, CB, Washington Redskins to name a few. Former NFL players included Rich Griffith, TE, Jacksonville Jaguars; Thomas Tapeh, FB, Minnesota Vikings; Anthony Trucks, LB, Pittsburgh Steelers; Mike Lehan, CB, Miami Dolphins; and Duke Preston, C, Dallas Cowboys. The athletes who participate each year love kids and love giving them an experience that they will never forget!
Consistent with Domann & Pittman’s philosophy of giving back, the Pro Football Camp also gives back to the community by providing camp scholarships to underprivileged kids, by partnering with area businesses that help provide scholarships. The week begins with a charity golf tournament at The Club at Flying Horse, proceeds from this tournament and a silent auction will provide scholarships for the 2012 Pro Football Camp. In addition, the Colorado Springs community was invited to Praise and Play Event at Woodmen Valley Chapel. This family event was fun for all as the public was able to meet NFL athletes, get autographs and pictures, win signed NFL memorabilia and got to listen to inspirational testimonies and life lessons from the Pros.
During the four-day camp, the campers are taught football drills, speed and agility skills, and character building traits by the pros. Participants were able to spend some one-on-one time with the athletes and had the chance to have “Off the Field” talks with the pros about their journey into the NFL and the character qualities that helped them get to where they are now.
The Pro Football Camp has been a great success each year and the athletes have a great time with the kids. Giving back to the community is foundational to D&P and their clients. In our Pursuit of Excellence, we want to lead balanced lives and always give back to the communities where we live.

"The primary reason we do this football camp is to give back to our community... our athletes come & participate and it's an exciting time in the community... the opportunity to meet NFL players from all different teams is great for young kids who have dreams & goals and wonder if they've got what it takes to play at that level."
